We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it. So, how is it different?
Did you know that most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our practice to under 1,000 patients total. That means that your provider spends more time with you when you need him. Plus, when he is not actively seeing a patient, he is able to help coordinate your care and research your treatments.
Cove DPC does not bill any insurance plans so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and your provider without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers. Hello, I'm Will Pumphrey and I've been a family nurse practitioner for over 8 years. I've been practicing in Columbus and the surrounding area that entire time. I believe that your health is way too important to be rushed through a short 15-minute appointment. That is why I decided to start Cove DPC.
I was born here in Columbus, grew up on a farm in Decatur County, and now my wife and I live here in Bartholomew County with our 3 kids. I enjoy spending my free time hiking, boating, and traveling with my family.
As a provider, I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them find ways of meeting their health and wellness goals that fits their lifestyle. I look forward to working side-by-side with you meet your goals and improve your health.
