This page covers the public Cove DPC website. You can browse pricing, the blog, and the savings calculators without creating an account. Patients enroll and manage membership through our separate patient portal, not through this site.
What we collect
If you call, email, or use the optional follow-up form on a calculator, we receive the details you send — typically your name, email, phone, and any note you include — so we can respond. Calculator follow-ups are emailed to info@covedpc.com. We do not sell that information, use it for advertising, or share it with marketers.
Clinical records
Medical records and membership files are kept in our clinical system and protected under HIPAA. Members receive a Notice of Privacy Practices at enrollment. We do not sell records, and we share them only when the law requires it or when you ask us to send them to another provider.
Cookies and third parties
This site uses cookies needed to run the page. Booking, maps, and enrollment open Google Calendar, Google Maps, or our patient portal. Calculator follow-ups are delivered by FormSubmit to the practice email. Those services have their own privacy policies.
